The files come in 7 of the most popular formats: PES, VIP, DST, XXX, HUS, JEF, EXP. If
you need a different format, please contact me and I'll see what I can do. Sorry, I can not convert to ART. The files will come zipped, so you'll need a computer to unzip and a way to transfer the designs to your embroidery machine.
These are digital files, so returns will not be accepted. In the case of duplicate purchases, please contact me and we'll work to exchange the design.
